We removed the damaged Maple floor in the Kitchen and installed reclaimed Maple salvaged from a 1904 house, restoring the historic look and continuity throughout the home.

After removing the worn 1.5" red oak, we reinstalled a mixed-width layout using alternating new 1.5" and reclaimed 2.25" red oak planks. The floor was sanded and finished with iron acetate to deepen and unify the tone, producing a striking, custom result that preserves character while modernizing the space

We removed 4 different floor on the main level to install a beautiful random‑width floor using mixed‑species reclaimed southern hardwood for a unique, long‑lasting finish.

For this historic restoration we sanded away paint, replaced several damaged boards with milled reclaimed pine (tongue‑and‑groove), then custom‑stained the repairs to match the original floor before applying final coats.
